Glasscock (1939) Flame is one of the earliest flowering peonies and with its single, pink flowers it is extremely suitable for cut flower cultivation. Although Flame is not a particularly beautiful cultivar, this peony has very good qualities for cut cultivation. This workhorse does well both outdoors and in greenhouses and is also excellent for growing in pots.
