Wissing/Klehm, USA (1965) Orange salmon-coral colored semi double flowers. The colors run out to an almost cream color so that the flowers look different every day. The Coral Sunset is a good cut peony. The beautiful name is in no way inferior to what actually emerges from the large buds. The showing flowers fill the vase in its entirety. Well-deserved APS Gold Medal winner in 2003.
